• Do not expose to excessive heat sources.
• Avoid harsh cleaning products.
• Before using any cleaning or care product on the leather, such as leather lotion, test it first on a small, inconspicuous area of the bag.
• When not using your bag, we recommend that you store it in the original dustbag.
• Fill the bag with eg. paper to help maintain its shape during storage.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects that can scratch the leather surface.
• Minor scratches on the leather and hardware may appear over time and are natural signs of use.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the EU at the moment.

When returning an item, you can easily reuse the original packaging it was shipped in. All items must be returned unused, with all original tags intact and in their original packaging.

You are, of course, welcome to inspect the bag as you would in a physical store. However, any scratches, damage, stains, odors, or other visible signs of wear or use will affect the refund amount. In such cases, the value of the return may be reduced, as we will not be able to resell the item to another customer.
At URBAN MAE, we believe every bag deserves a new home — and we’re committed to avoiding unnecessary product waste. That’s why we kindly ask you to treat your order with care if you're considering a return.

Returned items showing clear signs of use may be assessed at a value of 0 EUR and discarded during quality control without compensation.

As the customer, you are responsible for all costs related to the return (shipping, customs, VAT, fees, etc.).

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for online purchases. If you wish to receive a different size or color, please return your original order and place a new one via our website.
